My Activity

Reviewed Beef Stroganoff

"A little salty with the cans of soup and added salt was a little too much. I did not add garlic salt too, omg that's too much. Thanks to the reviews, I skipped that step.

I omitted the sour cream and butter.

It might be too salty to me and not others, I don't use canned foods, so it might just be personal preference, but it was a nice dish. "

Reviewed Roast Turkey Panini with, Pesto, Roasted Red Peppers and Fontina

"I used Swiss cheese and freshly baked Italian bread. I omitted the roasted bell peppers, I used store bought pesto sauce with turkey meat. I put this in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. I love this sandwich and I will make this again."

Reviewed Chicken Salad Pita with Baba Ghanoush

"It was surprisingly good. I used hummus and it was nice. I would omit the extra olive oil from the cucumber step. I omitted the red flakes. I will make this dish again, but I will try to make it without a dripping mess (due to the extra liquid on each step).

Very refreshing dish. "

Reviewed Pasta Salad

"I grilled red onions and chopped and grilled the yellow and green squash. I used red wine vinegar and no ground mustard. If the sauce is to strong (due to the vinegar) add more olive oil. I loved this dish, it's a must have for the warmer months. I think it's better served warm than cold."

Reviewed Good Karma Schawarma

"I knew this isn't the correct way to make chicken sharwma. After I put all the seasoinings to marinate the chicken I knew it didn't look right. I went to buy the garlic sauce and it made the dish ok.

Reviewed Lebanese Mezza Dishes: Fattoush, Hoummus, Baba Ghannouj

"The hummus is good. It needs to be chilled first, I didn't add lemon juice since tahinni sauce had it already. I used 1 can of garbanzo beans with a little water to make creamier. And alost 1 clove of garlic. We'll see how it turn out chilled. It tasted like it needed a little salt and more olive oil once chilled."
