This is an incredible recipe! Just awesome. I have used this to make Wild Pheasant Parmesan for family and freinds and it has become a dish I am now famous for. If you are going to use this for Pheasant make sure you "hang" your pheasants for around 5 days. Keep in mind, that you can use the refrigerator to do this. Clean the birds, pat dry, and s"
