Reviewed Roasted Pork Loin with Apple and Caraway Stuffing

I found if you check the pork every ten minutes, it cooked wonderfully. It was moist and very tastfull. I cheated and added some ceyene pepper and garlic to the stuffing, but it was amazing.

If you put a brown sugar dry rub on the loin it crustes up really nice.
