Excellent soup! Very easy to make! Onions take a long time to cook and caramelize (it took me about 35-40 minutes on medium heat). It is worth it though, trust me! ""

We tried this recipe last night for the first time and it was wonderful! I was worried about not having white wine but red wine worked great as well. Next time I am going to add mushrooms, onions and more herb stuffing. Try it! I promise you won't be disappointed!
