"I just made this. I bumped the spices up about double. And I did add an extra 1/2 can of pumpkin. Next time I think a 1/4 can extra will be about right. I put a 9X12 glass pan of water on the lower rack of the oven. I convection baked on 325 for 1 hr 5 min and then let cool with the oven door part open for about an hour. I do have a very smal""
