About Me
I reside inQueens, N.Y.,and I love the food network. I grew up with my Grandparents. My grandfather was a chef on the long distance trains in his early years. He was from louisianna and relatives would call him "Geechie"growing up. I would watch him cook, and I think it rubbed off a little. I was a short order cook when I was young but never stuck with the profession, but i still love cooking and experimenting..I'm sorta addicted to your shows; but I guess thats a good addiction.;-)
