"awesome! I thinks is a chiill dude, and I love the way he cooks. My wife is puerto rican so we cook Pernil on the holidays, and I always try to make it diferent every time. I think I will do this one for Easter w/ string beans and potatoes."
About Me
I reside inQueens, N.Y.,and I love the food network. I grew up with my Grandparents. My grandfather was a chef on the long distance trains in his early years. He was from louisianna and relatives would call him "Geechie"growing up. I would watch him cook, and I think it rubbed off a little. I was a short order cook when I was young but never stuck with the profession, but i still love cooking and experimenting..I'm sorta addicted to your shows; but I guess thats a good addiction.;-)
