I think the biggest problem for me was that the fish was overcooked and chewy at 3-4 mins per side. I think a nice flakeyness would have been achieved going for medium rare, rather than medium doneness. Bobby suggests golden brown and slightly charred, so perhaps I didn't cook it long enough. I like the mojo, very flavorful, but not too spicy. "

I like the soup better without the cheese crisps, which didn't stay that crisp in the soup for long. The soup was lovely however."

Excellent recipe. Though my Nutella just made it taste like chocolate (really good chocolate gelato). But the base recipe is great, you can turn this into any type of gelato you like by adding fruit and/or flavorings.
