Reviewed Moist and Easy Cornbread

I preheated my iron skillet for 10 min. at 425 degrees. I added 1 tb. more of sugar to recipe and also some cayenne pepper. Since my skillet is large, I reduced cooking time to 17 minutes. Best cornbread I have had. It was moist and definitely not bland.
