I've fixed this meal at the fire station and at home, been a great success both places. I add a red bell pepper also with the green just for a little more flavor, filler, and color; seems to work great. The glaze/sauce for the top is incredible, nice flavor. I have found that if you don't use a dijon mustard, the taste is not quite the same. High"
