"This was amazing. I decided to prepare the recipe last minute for a cocktail party - first mistake - and ran to the Commissary on base - second mistake. They were actually OUT of Ricotta and I substituted it with Marscapone. I also used fresh figs instead of dried. People were very impressed which, is one of the goals right? "

"I made this recipe for two different parties and the taste is amazing. I was slightly concerned about using limeade in a glaze but it was fantastic. The tart looked as if I had purchased it at an Italian bakery. I displayed it on an antique milkglass cake stand. Love me some Paula!""

"I have made these several times. They are quite impressive. I had a large tray displayed on an architectural column top for my daughter's graduation and have even individually wrapped them at Christmas time (yeah I said Christmas) for my husbands office! Outstanding!""
