"This was amazing. I decided to prepare the recipe last minute for a cocktail party - first mistake - and ran to the Commissary on base - second mistake. They were actually OUT of Ricotta and I substituted it with Marscapone. I also used fresh figs instead of dried. People were very impressed which, is one of the goals right? "
