"I have been a professional Baker for over 11 years, The measurements in this recipe are a bit off. Reduce the amount of flour by 1 cup, and increase the amount of water to 1 full cup, I also cut the olive oil in half, and substituted vegi oil for the remainder. "

"VERY Yummy, did not have sherry, used white wine, added more garlic (chopped) then cooked it on the stove top a little longer, till it got thicker. Whole family loved these!"
