Outstanding! Simple to prepare, healthy, yet VERY wonderful taste! Omitted serving the soup over the bread, and served the bread "on the side." As jcorgidog suggested, I will DEFINITELY make a double batch next time.

We just finished our Christmas dinner for 2012, and, once again, Tyler Florence's prime rib was outstanding! This was the fourth time we have prepared it and it just gets better and better.
