"This is the absolute best pot roast for family or for guest. It has so much flavor. I served it with the Polenta recipe that Giada made with the recipe. My husband and I loved it. It really complimented the meat. This is a keeper ! I plan to use this recipe again over the holidays. So easy to make and just pop it into the oven while you visit with your guest.
