Reviewed Almost-Famous Broccoli-Cheddar Soup

Wonderful! Used less butter (4 Tbsp), subbed shallot, and subbed non-fat milk. Used the whole broccoli (maybe 1.5 lbs), simmering the florets as instructed, and small chopped the stalks for cooking with the onions. Added some red pepper flakes for a bit of spice too."
