Reviewed Asian Chicken Salad
"This was by far the best salad!!! We loved it! I did not have the pepper or the thai basil and it was still delicious. The dressing was great and tastes just like it does in restaurants. I added another 1/2 tea of sugar. I think I will add some of the suggestions here next time, like the ginger. I love the fact that it is a complete meal. It is a healthy choice and tastes so good. My husband and myself ate the whole bowl. Lots of salad is good for you right? :)

SAHM who loves to cook! I come from a long line of fantastic Italian cooks. Can't wait for my daughter to be older so she can cook with me. Right now, she watches me in her high chair. My husband helps in the kitchen but he mainly likes to eat the results! :)
