"I just made these a couple days ago. They are absolutly wonderful and fun. I found that they are better after being refridgerated bc they chocolate is too much while still warm, but cold...WOW. LOL. I actually thought that drizzling the caramel and chocolate may not be as messy. Thank Paula!!!"

Reviewed Fleur De Sel Caramels

"I made these last week and LOVED them. YES they were kind of soft but I wrapped them and placed them in the refridgerator and they are perfect. I am thinking about making some for Chrsitmas gift baskets of goodies. The only difference is that mine seemed to be a lighter color than Inas. But it coudl be the camera. But I have no complaints. T"

Reviewed Old-Fashioned Turkey Patty Melts

"I havent made this yet bc I want able to find Bacon Jam in the stores HOWEVER, I found a great recipe for it and made some. It awsome stuff. I have had it on toast, and on turkey clubs made with real turkey breast. They were voth great. So, I will be making these Turkey Patty melts soon. Thanks Paula, YOU are amaizing and I love your show."

Reviewed Penne with Sun-dried Tomato Pesto

"I made this dish a few weeks ago for my husband, son and myself. It had such great flavor. We all loved it. However, my husband being the "meat and potatoes" kind of guy sat down and said "wheres the meat in it?" I plan of making this again tonight. But I will brown up some Italian sauages and serving them on the side. Personally, I like it"
