I'm going to go with just "OK" on this one. I loved the glaze but I added a couple of dried chili peppers, some pepper flake, a clove of garlic and some thyme to it. I'm struggling with this rating. The Polenta is absolutely delicious and will probably go into my rotation of sides. Problem is I'm not a huge pork fan, I didn't hate it but if it was a cut of beef I would have loved it. An recommendations on what type of beef I could substitute in this recipe? If you like pork you'll love this recipe IMO.

Well that wasn't good. Tasted nothing like the"deviled egg" that she described it as. Really just had no flavor and I'm not sure why I wasted the bacon by boiling it, it added nothing to the pasta flavor. I'm going to end up adding a bunch of salt and pepper to it to get some sort of flavor out of it. At the very least it was cheap so I don't feel...
