The tallest 11" tart pan with a removable bottom that I can find measures 1 1/4" high. Hard to press the crust 2" up the side of the pan. Where does such a pan exist? This recipe listing has been a mess. One version had hazelnuts, another had pine nuts. 1/2 cup or 3/4 cup of nuts depending on the recipe version. One had the crust but no filling....
