Reviewed Chicken and Dumplings

This recipe was easy and delicious. I made the following healthy adjustments which worked excellently: I doubled the carrots, celery, and peas, and I used 3/4 whole wheat biscuit mix with 1/4 regular biscuit mix. I also cooked the chicken and dumplings for a whole twenty minutes instead of ten...the biscuits became soft and juicy!"
