I saw this and thought it would be a great twist on lasagna, but my son has a gluten sensitivity and I couldn't find gluten free ravioli anywhere. Instead, I opted for gluten free gnocchi. Made these with a beautiful filet mignon on New Years Eve. The flavor is outstanding! The prep is a bit time consuming, but well worth it! I also wrapped and chilled them in the fridge for an hour before I made them. Seemed to keep their form a little better!

I doubled the recipe because my husband has such a sweet tooth. These cookies are sinfully delicious! Made the cookies about half as big as the recipe calls for, but still used the same amount of blackberry jam. My father, who will only eat chocolate in the form of a cake, really enjoyed these as well!
