This was absolutely fantastic. Made as stated in the recipe, except I used a total 2 teaspoons of salt. I think the next time this is made, and there will be a next time in the very near future, I will use half the green onions and make up the difference with diced celery. Another Ina classic

This was fantastic. Made it over 2 days. Stock 1st day, finished yesterday. My guests loved it. Used the sherry at both steps and everyone loved it. Followed with beef tenderloin steaks and salad. This is definitely a keeper.

These were outstanding. Easy, moist and delicious. Loved the lemon element. Definitely will make again. My boneless chops were closer to 2" in thickness, so i seared them nicely in All Clad non-stick and put into a preheated 375 degree oven for about 20 - 22 minutes and let them rest. Fantastic!

I made this last night. I didn't have herbed goat cheese, so just used plain. By the time the oven is preheated, you are ready to put the chicken in. It is that fast and easy. Absolutely delicious. Will definitely make this part of my meal planning. It was perfect for a work night meal.

I made this for the Super Bowl this year. Made it the day before, doubled the spices, added a can of drained black beans and reheated in a crock pot. It was out of this world delicious. Was asked by every guest for the recipe. ""
