This is not low cal or light. Ree explains this on the show that it is another of her favorite burgers even though the show is about eating light.

Was not pleased with these. Idaho potato would be better. These were very time consuming since you had to separate each layer to get the oil and rosemary in. Video shows med size and mine took over an hour to bake at 425. Will not do again. Not much flavor.

So far I am not impressed. They are now in the oven but they were very sloppy dough and need at least a half cup more flour. Probably bett with just large eggs and not extra large.
