"LOVE this recipe. My family is a big fan of Salmon and this dish turns out perfect every time. I have made it for family and for guests. All agree it is restaurant quality and perfect. I can not find the Meyer Lemons so I just used a regular ones. Also, my store did not have fresh Thyme so I used 1 teaspoon of dried. It was amazing. Thank y"
