Reviewed Tres Leche Cake
"Simply put...yum! Very dense and lots of rich flavor! It's a definite keeper!"
Reviewed Lemon Nut Cookies
"This recipe doesn't even deserve one star! I followed the recipe exactly and they came out crumbly. Couldn't even roll them in the sugar mixture! What a waste of use of expensive pine nuts."
Reviewed German Chocolate Cupcakes
"Wow~an amazing cupcake and the frosting is out of this world! I used a 2-inch scoop and made 22 cupcakes. I followed the recipe to a T, including using extra large eggs, and had no problems at all. They came out perfect!

Reviewed Chocolate Macadamia Cheesecake Bars
"These bars were not as flavorful as I thought they should be with the vanilla wafer/mac-nut/butter crust. I will take the suggestion of another review and add some of the nuts right into the cheesecake mixture. I also think by adding the chocolate chips into the mixture, instead of on top, would also add more flavor."
Reviewed 20-Minute Hoisin Skillet Salmon
"A healthy, tasty and very easy to make dish. Served it over brown rice. The salmon took a few minutes longer to bake. But what's a couple of minutes mores when it's only taking 6 minutes? Will be making this dish again and again!"
Reviewed Fruitcake Cookies
"Excellent cookie! A butter cookie with attitude! I substituted the sherry with a teaspoon of vanilla extract. After sitting overnight, the fruit/nut mixture was moist but there was no extra liquid. I was worried that the cookies would be too dry but they were not. This cookie gives new meaning to fruitcake!"
Reviewed Apple Cider Snickerdoodles
"Great alternative to a snickerdoodle cookie. Loved the crunch, texture and looks of the apple chips. Good cookie to make during the holidays. Finally found the apple chips in the produce section of my local grocery store."
Reviewed Cranberry Upside-Down Cake
"Great cake! It took longer to bake (60 vs. 40 minutes) but that may have been due to the fact that my egg whites were not as stiff as I thought they were. Also, do as Paula did on her show, and add the frozen cranberries when you add the walnuts. Do not add in the batter. A delicious holiday cake that I'll be making many times!"
