I too tried this for the first time, this was thee most succculent piece of meat I have ever had. I let it brime for 7 days and this was so good my mother n law tried to eat it all. Thanks Tyler, this is one of my "must have" recipes.

I tried this recipe this morning, I liked it. I watched the video and you need to add more flour on your board to get the consistency for the biscuits. Although they were good, I wouldn't put so much salt. His grandmother only used shortening only like my mother, her's was lighter.
