"This dish is delicious and super easy! I added ricotta instead of parmesan (just because I didn't have any and it was super! I also mixed the butter and the softened cream cheese together while the cauliflower was boiling and added the mixture as I pureed the boiled cauliflower so it didn't get too mushy. All in all a great recipe that is an aweso"
