Great flavors! Loved this recipe. To make a shortcut- you can buy pre-made granola. The lemon zest makes all the difference. Will definitely make again!

Love these! I do not put them on bread and just use them as a side dish. I broiled them and then put them in a bag for 15 minutes. Peeled the skin and then did not bother with re grilling them. Great flavor!

This was excellent! The whole family loved it! I used granny smith apples. I followed the recipe and it turned out great. Will definitely make again! Great with vanilla ice cream.

This was great! I used chicken breast and a jar of pre made tomato pesto. I added freshly grated parmesan to the pesto. The polenta was creamy and a great addition to the meal. Will definitely make again.
