"Loved this!!! I left out the thyme because i'm not a fan..but it was delicious.
Was even better the second night (heated up in the pan again makes all the difference) and finished it off with a 25 year old balsamic vinegar..YUMMY!!

Reviewed Next Day Turkey Soup
"i didnt have leftover vegetables as i bought a turkey breast specifically to have my own 'turkey dinner' and soup (family had the stomach flu over thanksgiving so there were no shared leftovers). I added zucchini and 'ave maria' pasta and it was just like my grandmothers.
