Reviewed Steamed Salmon Wrapped in Napa Cabbage, Pepper, Ginger and Scallion Sauce

Jul 23, 2013 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

Delicious. I don't really like mushrooms, so I skipped those. I didn't have salmon, so I used cod. It worked beautifully. The pepper, scallion and ginger orange sauce worked so well with the cabbage-wrapped fish. "

I thought this was great. I didn't have garam masala, so I estimated with what I did have, and it came out well. I would agree with another reviewer, though, that this was not easy. There was too much pan-changing for it to be easy. I would definately rate it as medium. "

This was fabulous! It was tasty and the flavors blended well with the turkey and other fixings this Thanksgiving. I'm not a very experienced cook, so all the breaking down of vegetables and the different stages of cooking was dificult for me and took a while, but it was well worth it. "

Reviewed Stewed Rabbit and Biscuits

This was very good. It was my first experience with rabbit, but it worked out well. I totally agree that there was too much dough, but the biscuits I made from the leftover dough were delicious, and I may just save out that recipe to make bicuits from. I didn't have any terragon, so I skipped that, but it still tastes great.
