This would have been perfect except I messed up by cutting the hollandaise recipe in half and trying to make it in a baby spice grinder/blender. The hollandaise turned out runny BUT the rest of the recipe was awesome. Really a full meal with the meaty asparagus, crispy prosciutto, perfect fried egg with a luscious runny yolk and I had part of a baguette...

Very yummy. I would keep this recipe for the BBQ sauce alone. It is amazing. However the suggestion that it serves 4-6 is CRAZY!! More like it serves 8-10, maybe more. We are a 2 person household and I will have to freeze a lot of this delicious soup. SO glad I have an amazing way to use up rotisserie chicken. I might also only add half of the BBQ...

A winner in my family. Love that the ingredients are so specific that from the deli and salad bar you can get just what you need. Great because you can prepare it in the morning and bake it off when the company arrives, so a super recipe for entertaining. OMG probably the best flour less chocolate cake I have ever made! I may even have over baked it because my oven is hot and I did not take it out when the center was barely set. Maybe by "over baking" the middle was set but was still super moist and very chocolaty. I used Valhrona Chocolate from Trader Joes which is really good dark bittersweet cho"

Loved the gnudi. I used fresh hand dipped ricotta and they were awesome. For the mushroom sauce I could get the dried porcini , but substituted shitake and baby bellas. I thought the sauce was lovey but totally over powered the delicate gnudi. Would have preferred a delicate tomato sauce. But I think the porcini puree would be awesome over linguin"

Recipe took way longer for rice to cook and liquid to thicken. I also agree it was way too sweet. I made half chocolate and left half orange flavored. I preferred the orange flavor even though I LOVE chocolate. Will make it again, but will try less sugar"

The duck was fork tender and had spectacular flavor. In the interest of our heart and cholesterol health I did pour off about half of the duck fat before sauteing and caramelizing the onions.
