Solid recipe. I really enjoyed it. But I do have a few recommendations. Most importantly, cut the baklava before baking. It will make your life SO much easier. I also recommend reducing the sugar in the syrup slightly to let the honey shine. Don't boil the syrup for as long as the recipe recommends (only 3-5 minutes to thicken slightly. Chec"
