Reviewed Hoisin-Glazed Cornish Hen

"I just made this for dinner and it was delicious!!!!!!!! Almost like Peking duck which I love. Since I didn't have any honey, I used apricot preserves in its place. I often mix it with with hoisin sauce to make great ribs. Will definitely make this again!"
