Reviewed Spaghetti-and-Meatball Cake
"MAMA MIA!!! What an EASY and FUN cake to make. WAY easier than decorating a regular cake by any means. Mine looked just like the picture, although I wasn't able to get the "spaghetti" frosting colored to a very pale yellow. It came out looking like I made it with whole wheat pasta instead, which turned out fine, because you feel less guilty eating a frosted spaghetti cake made with whole grain pasta! ; Everyone at work LOVED it and were so impressed that now people think I'm a top notch baker now. Little do they know how easy this was to make - try it for an Italian theme dinner/pot luck or just for fun with a kid. SERIOUSLY EASY!!!"
