Reviewed Ginger Flank Steak with Wasabi Smashed Potatoes

"Great use of flank steak!!! So easy and tasty. I thought 6-7 mins per side was going to overcook it but the timing was right on spot. Yummmy!"

Reviewed Spicy Tangerine Beef

"We just made this recipe tonight and loved it. Next time I will either add more ginger or serve with pickled ginger on the side. I might also like a few chopped peanuts on top rather than sesame seeds. Really quick, easy and tasty!!!!!"

Reviewed Slow-Cooker Pork Tacos

"Wow!!!! These were fantastic! I was a little disappointed the first night but the recipe was totally redeemed the next day. I saved some of the homemade sauce and poured it over the pork after I removed it from the crock pot. I couldn't bare to return the meat to sauce from the crock (too greasy.) Like others, I was unable to find all the chiles but used a mixture of dried and fresh that were available. Yummy!

Reviewed Creamy Black Beans

"After soaking the beans overnight I thought it would be a sure thing. I was wrong. It took an extra 1 1/2 hours to become somewhat soft enough to eat. I also added double the spices and still thought they were bland. Im going back to my old faithful BB recipe from a can.
