Very good. I followed the recipe exactly. It does not need any tweaking. The recipe does make a lot, if you are cooking for a smaller family cut the recipe in half.

This recipe is spot on. This was one of the best Lemon Meringue pies I have ever had. I did not use the Limonchello,I simply substituted extra fresh lemon juice in its place so don't let that hold you back from making it if you do not wish to use or do not have it.
