If you follow the directions exactly as written your chicken will be burnt and way overcooked. Not even close to good.

"I'm with capsjazz: what's with the bacon?? Just part of a marinade and you toss it? If so, then why 8 slices, why thick cut?

The other reviews must be fakes as they don't mention an obvious problem

Reviewed Bobby Flay's Macaroni and Cheese Carbonara

"If your spouse takes out a big life insurance policy and then serves you this... your survivor might appear on an episode of Snapped.

But, it is indeed a perfect last meal, cheesy and porky, creamy and comforting to the max.

Flay wasn't playing around with this one, no HC (health correctness) or anything to dilute the perfection of this dish.

And, imagine the wonderfulness of this the next day, reheated!

Oh, my. In my youth I would have washed this down with an adult eggnog. A couple of them actually. And then a Marlborough. Damn, I miss that.
