Love the recipe and oh, so easy. I do not use wine but what I add to the pan before adding the cooked pasta is a generous amount of grated/shaved Parmesan Romano cheese and mix well. Adds 'zest'. Often the wine causes a bitter taste.

Not as good as anticipated. Actually had a somewhat 'bitter' taste, prob. from the Gran Marnier. Jam did not provide enough of a raspberry flavor. Mascarpone/whip cream was good. It is so easy and sooooo good. But I do change it a little. Omitting the red pepper flakes is fine; does not change taste. Also I do not use the parsley. Never seem to have it on hand. Great sauce but had to adjust as family cannot handle some of the ingredients. Left out the Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce
but used the other ingredients. Still came out very tasty. Additionally, tried leaving out ketchup, using only chili sauce, horseradish to taste and lemon. Wonderful, especially for those with tummy issues."

Great recipe; tasty and easy even without the 'heat' and parsley.
But adding grated cheese (Parmesan, Romano, anything you like) on top when served makes it even better.
On ocassion have put cheese right into lemon sauce; also delicious."

I had made these once before using the glaze on top rather than the frosting and they were delicious.
But I had forgotten I had used the glaze (did not look at Paula's second Orange Brownie recipe) and this time made the cream cheese orange frosting which is also delicious.
