I was trained to cook in Tuscany, Italy. This recipe was kind of a waste of a good veal cutlet. I followed the recipe with the exact measurements of each ingredient, something that I rarely do. This recipe is mediocre at best. If your inexperienced at cooking, this may rate as a five star recipe but I will never make it again.""
