The taste on the individual components is amazing, but the recipe needs tweaking. The cupcake was dry, crumbly and not usable. For the first time ever, my wife and I had to throw them in the trash. The ganache was too thin and had to be refrigerated overnight to make it stiff enough to pipe. The icing was very thin. The chinese spiced tea drained "
