"This is a nice, easy recipe that makes chicken interesting. If I did it again, I would do it without the bacon because it really doesn't need it.
I substituted Gorgonzola for blue cheese and also added chives to the mixture of arugula and spinach.
If you make the green beans, adding a little bit of balsamic vinegar livens them up. "
