I don't have a lot of experience cooking fish, but I tried this because I absolutely loved it on a camping trip where it was fresh caught and pan fried immediately. Anyway, I had no trouble with the recipe. I should mention that we ordered this off a menu at a restaurant once and likewise were impressed with the flavor. They had use slivered almonds...
