"I made my very first Turkey for my family last year with this recipe. My family was hesitant because I hadn't done it before and they swore they don't like turkey anyways because it's so bland. Well as soon as they walked in the house I started getting compliments on how good it smelled. Once it was all gone (no leftovers!) it was agreed that this was how turkey should always taste. Needless to say, I am making it for thanksgiving this year.
