These were so easy to make and very good. I cut them alittle too thin, but my friend loved them anyway. I made an Aoli to dip them in, it had a little kick, but did not take away from the chips.

After assembly wrap the whole thing in plastic wrap refrigerate for about 30 minutes. This will help keep the shape while cutting. Did you line the sheet pan with parchment ?
