Just made homemade ricotta for the first time and I don't think I will ever use store bought again. This was very easy - just be sure to follow the other suggestions to let the milk mixture stand for 10 minutes or so before straining. Can't wait to use it tonight with my slow cooked sunday sauce/gravy. Ina, as always you rocked it.""
