I made this last year for my husband and his parents for our Christmas dinner and they loved it so much that they requested it become our yearly Christmas dinner dish. This is a basic recipe but having never cooked w/ chorizo before I found this to be a great starter. Now I have a better understanding of the texture of the chorizo and can incorporate in my recipes. BTW I served mine in corn tortillas w/ cheese and hot sauce and a dab of sour cream. My boyfriend loved it! And so did the dog, LOL!"
