Reviewed Alton Brown's Molasses-and-Coffee Pork Chops

Didn't have enough molasses so substituted dark brown sugar for some of the molasses. Did these at a condo in Santa Fe (no BBQ grill) used a grill pan instead. I agree about keeping the heat a little lower so sugar doesn't burn. Also, you don't need to drizzle too much of the reduced marinade over the chops as it is very intense. "
