Lovin it just as is. Used dry beans I had already prepared. The olives make it so much better!

I didn't have an orange, so I substituted a lime. The balsamic was a terrific addition! The topping was simple and delicious especially ground up instead of whole oats like I usually make it. The texture was great. Five stars!

Reviewed Old-Time Beef Stew

I doubled the recipe and instead of increasing the carrots and celery, I added a cup of fresh green beans, cup of fresh turnips chopped, and a can of corn. Then I used Bisquick to make drop bisquits. I transferred the stew to a glass baking dish and dropped on the bisquits. Turned the oven to 450 and baked for 10 minutes. OMG, so yummy!! Can't...
