This recipe is pretty good, but would be better with a few alterations. It is a really light dish. I think next time I would add some 1/2 and 1/2 for more richness, maybe some chicken for some protein and possibly some lemon flavor. I would make it again, but try these changes. It needs a little more flavor, but I did enjoy."

VERY GOOD,you won't be disappointed. This was my first time making cheesecake and I don't bake much. I was a little nervous about it, but it turned out GREAT.
