To a comment below, pozole is supposed to be watery, not thick.

"This was the best turkey we have had in years. We usually tend to avoid turkey because any recipe we make either dries it up or is not tasty. This one was perfectly juicy and delicious! The extra sauce for the turkey instead of gravy made it very yummy! It was a big hit!
