"Loved the method for cooking the chops, but I have to say, I didn't dig the buttermilk. I usually enjoy a little tang in my gravy via some sour cream, but the buttermilk funk really wasn't my favorite. That said, I still plan on making this again and again, probably using half and half or a little milk instead. Even this time around, it was tasty "
